Where is the budgets module?
Budgets are disabled by default. Only an administrator can enable budgets. Once enabled, only administrators can see the Budgets page in the main navigation. Department managers and regular employees can see budgeted hours on each schedule in read-only mode. Any changes will have to be done by an administrator. For more, enable the budgets module.
