Public pages
Public pages allow your employees to access schedules, calendars, and request time off when not authenticated. This means regular employees do not need to sign into WorkSked to perform most tasks.
This is accomplished using obfuscated URLs (difficult to guess webpage addresses). Webpage addresses are created using tokens that are unique to each account and employee. See What are tokens? for more information.
Your account and personal public pages are listed at the bottom of most emails you receive from WorkSked (see above) — like when your schedule is emailed to you.
