Global history

Most actions taken within your WorkSked account are logged. You must have administrative rights to view your account history. Contact your administrator if you do not have sufficient access rights.

Follow these steps to view your history:

  • Go to the Settings page.
  • Go to the History section.
  • Press the View History button.
  • Filter by type using the provided drop-down.

History is available for:

  • Account settings
  • Billing
  • Employees
  • Important dates
  • Locations, departments, and positions
  • Schedules
  • Shifts
  • Time offs
